Reiki Level 1 Certification Course

Reiki Level 1 (First Degree) is the foundation of Reiki practice.
Reiki Level 1 provides an introduction to the Reiki energy modality and how to perform “self-Reiki”. Reiki with plants and animals will also be practiced.
In this course you will learn:
- The history of Reiki and the Eastern lineage that I practice and you will be a part of
- The basics of energy medicine and energy as a practice for wellness
- Beginning Reiki hand placements and practice of self-Reiki
This class meets three times, for 45 minutes each:
Sunday, August 11 @ 9:30am Pacific
Sunday, August 18 @ 9:30am Pacific
Sunday, September 1 @ 9:30am Pacific
Students will receive Reiki Level 1 attunement and certificate of completion during final class.
